New Functionality for Release 10.5(1)_SU1
In-Browser Playback
These functionalities are added to MediaSense 10.5(1)_SU1.
MediaSense 10.5(1)_SU1 introduces an in-browser playback of a recording using the HTML5 playback feature of the browser. For in-browser playback, there is no need to download the recording or manage security certificate issues. In the MediaSense Search and Play application, click the recording you want to play back. An in-browser player appears at the bottom of the selected recording displaying the progress of the playback. For more information, see the MediaSense User Guide at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/customer-collaboration/mediasense/products-user-guide-list.html
Finesse AgentInfo gadget is present on the Finesse Agent desktop that conveys agent information from Finesse to MediaSense. When an agent signs in to the Finesse Agent desktop, the gadget signs in to the MediaSense server and provides information about the agents' login Id, login extension, first name, and last name. It also keeps track of the time the agent signs in and out.
For more information, see the MediaSense User Guide at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/customer-collaboration/mediasense/products-user-guide-list.html .
