The documentation set for this product strives to use bias-free language. For the purposes of this documentation set, bias-free is defined as language that does not imply discrimination based on age, disability, gender, racial identity, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and intersectionality. Exceptions may be present in the documentation due to language that is hardcoded in the user interfaces of the product software, language used based on RFP documentation, or language that is used by a referenced third-party product. When the Person/ICM is SSO Disabled, the Agent's Domain Login Name is required. When the Person/ICM is SSO Enabled, only the Supervisor checkbox is visible. When creating an Agent against an existing Person that already has a Supervisor, the Supervisor checkbox is disabled, since a Person can only be a supervisor on a single agent.
In this release, the option of browsing domain accounts is available in Global Roles. An agent must have the Browse Domain Accounts option checked in Global Roles to browse to other supervisors or users.
