Intelligence Center - User Experience Refresh
Center is available with new refreshed experience from release 11.5. It is best
viewed on 1366 x 768 resolution. The user interface is very simple and
intuitive. Users can easily view, create or modify reports/folders.
Dashboard, Report Definitions, Security, Datasource, Value list and
Collections, Scheduler will be redirected to UI prior to 11.5(1).
SHA -256 Support
Unified Intelligence Center now supports SSL certificates signed with SHA-256.
To perform an
Unified Intelligence Center to 11.5(1), you must first upgrade to 10.x from the
previous versions and then upgrade to 11.5(1). For more information on refresh

upgrading to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center 11.5(1) and using Internet
Explorer 11 should ensure to remove the
Compatibility View, setting to access the new UI. Internet
Explorer 11 in Compatibility Mode is required to access the Report Definition,
Security, User Management and OAMP.
Intelligence Center Premium License
Intelligence Center Premium License is applicable only to the
off-box Cisco Unified
Intelligence Center and included in
Cisco Unified Contact
Center Enterprise Agent Licenses at no extra cost.

Intelligence Center Premium License from the software page,
features have been enhanced in the Unified Intelligence Center, Release
the Report tab, users can easily get the permalink of the report .
Reports: A simple wizard helps the users to create new report easily. Edit
reports also has the same wizard experience.
Views: Users can create views during the Report creation using the Wizard. Edit
view also has the same wizard.
Users can create thresholds using the wizard during report creation/editing.
Users can add/update threshold for the executed report view in the context on
