Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Upgrade
This guide is intended for Cisco Unified Communications system administrators. You must have the network and telephony knowledge that is required to install, upgrade, and set up the Unified CCX software. You must also be familiar with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) configurations at your site.
