Routing triggers correlate trigger conditions with routing
policies (which are also known as lookup policies). A single policy is chosen
based on which corresponding condition is matched. The conditions are evaluated
in ascending order based on sequence number.
A routing trigger is a set of conditions that can be used to
dictate routing logic. It is automatically executed in response to a certain
event (or condition case). Conditions can have multiple cases.
