My conference is not working on the Telepresence Server. Any suggestions?
There may be many reasons for this. Please check the following before calling Customer support:
- Your product is activated. Check whether it has lost its activation key by going to Configuration > Upgrade. If the activation key is not shown, re-enter it. If it is displayed, contact Cisco customer support.
- The status of Telepresence Server: go to Telepresence Servers and check that the Status of the appropriate Telepresence Server is "OK"
- The status of conference: go to Conferences and check that the status of the appropriate conference is either Active or Enabled.
- The Telepresence Server is registered with the gatekeeper if endpoints are dialing using an H.323 ID or E.164 number: go to Status and check the H.323 gatekeeper status
- The Telepresence Server is registered with the SIP registrar if endpoints are dialing using a SIP URI number: go to Status and check the SIP registrar status
- The network port is enabled: go to Network > Services and check that Incoming H.323, Incoming SIP (TCP) and Incoming Encrypted SIP (TLS) are selected.
