SecureX Demo

If you are an unactivated user logging in to your new Security Cloud Sign On account, SecureX Demo is displayed to assist you with getting familiar with SecureX and activating your SecureX account.

Demo Dashboard

The Tiles panel in the center of the dashboard displays tiles with sample metrics and data from various integration modules. You can resize the tiles and move them to any position on the dashboard. When you refresh the page, they will revert back to the default size and position.

If you click on any of the data, the integration module page is displayed with more information on the integration module and a link to enable the integration module.

As an unactivated user, the Integration Modules tab on the SecureX Demo menu bar allows you to enable one or more Cisco security products to activate and start using SecureX.

Use the Getting Started topics to quickly configure your integration modules and dashboard tiles, and learn how to navigate Cisco SecureX.

When you initially launch SecureX, a quick product tour guides you through getting started. You can also launch the tour at any time from the Walkthrough (Info) icon on the dashboard menu bar.

  • About Cisco SecureX

    View information about SecureX and how key features add value to your existing security products.

  • Configure Integration Modules

    An admin user can configure integration modules to ensure that the data (and response actions if applicable) are available in SecureX.

  • Adding and Removing Tiles

    After your integrations are configured, you can add tiles to your dashboard. You can also add dashboards to customize your views.

  • Activate Orchestration

    Before workflow automation is available in SecureX, an organization Administrator must activate SecureX orchestration for their organization. Once it is activated, all users in that organization have access to the Orchestration tab and the workflow automation features. For information on using Orchestration, see SecureX Orchestration Help.

  • Activate Device Insights

    Before Device Insights is available in Cisco SecureX, an organization Administrator must activate SecureX Device Insights for their organization. Once it is activated, all users in that organization have access to Device Insights. For information on using Device Insights, see SecureX Device Insights Help.

  • Activate Secure Client

    Before Cisco Secure Client is available in SecureX, an organization Administrator must enable Secure Client for their organization. Once it is enabled, all users in that organization have access to Secure Client. For information on using Secure Client, see Secure Client Help.

  • Invite Users

    Before a new user can access SecureX, an Admin must create the user account and assign the appropriate role, and then submit the request to send an email invite to the user.
