Bias-Free Language

The documentation set for this product strives to use bias-free language. For the purposes of this documentation set, bias-free is defined as language that does not imply discrimination based on age, disability, gender, racial identity, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and intersectionality. Exceptions may be present in the documentation due to language that is hardcoded in the user interfaces of the product software, language used based on RFP documentation, or language that is used by a referenced third-party product. System Capacity for Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 12.6SU2

The following tables list the maximum capacity of Prime Collaboration Provisioning when it is installed on a system that meets the virtual machine requirements. Prime Collaboration Provisioning may not function as expected if the load exceeds the specified system capacity, for an OVA. There are three OVA sizes and three modes of operation. The three OVAs are called Small, Medium and Large. The modes of operation are Evaluation, Standard and Advanced.

3. Standard Mode deployments only allow one call processor (Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster or Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express), one IM&P server and one voicemail processor (Unity Connection cluster or Cisco Unity Express).

4. Call processors are Cisco Unified Communications Manager publishers and Ciso Unified Communications Manager Express. Message Processors are Cisco Unity publishers, Cisco Unity Connection publishers or Cisco Unity Express. The limits shown are for default licenses. Contact ask-primecollaboration@cisco.com if you require an increase in scale license.

5. BE6000 systems are licensed for up to 1000 users with a total of up to 3000 endpoints/lines

7. Maximum scale is limited by the maximum scale of one CUCM cluster

8. Concurrent Logins are sized by up to 20% being administration staff and the rest self-care users
