The Cisco MSX Managed Device service pack dashboard contain dashlets that provide service status and alerts, monitoring in a consolidated view. The dashlets consist of visual displays such as tables and charts.
To access the dashboard in the MSX portal, click Dashboard on the main menu. You can view the data in only those dashlets that you have access to. If you are a user with an administrator privilege, you can view all the dashlets available in Cisco MSX with the data populated for all the users. Click the Reload Dashlet icon to refresh the dashlet data.
The dashlets available in Cisco MSX Managed Device service pack are:
Subscriptions—This dashlet displays all the subscriptions sorted by the service type, customers, status, number of issues, and status of the issues. This dashboard also displays the service pack specific subscriptions with details of the services, such as, Up, Down, Unregistered, Ordering, Updating, and Sites. Devices Deployed—This dashlet lists the devices that are deployed for the MSX Managed Device services.
Approval—This dashlet lists all the service orders that in the queue for approval. When a service order is created, modified, or canceled, the service request goes through an approval process before it is provisioned. Only an user with approver privilege can approve or reject a request. If notifications are enabled, the approvers are notified of the pending approvals. This dashboard shows the list of pending approvals. The Approval dashlet is visible only if the approval process is enabled at the service offer level—before the service definitions are imported into MSX.
