This guide provides you with the information that you need to install, upgrade, and uninstall the Cisco IP Interoperability and Collaboration System (Cisco IPICS) release 4.5(1) and release 4.5(2) server software. It also explains how to install the IPICS ISSI Gateway (ISSIG) and Unified Media Service (UMS), which are optional components of Cisco IPICS, and how to configure a virtual machine (VM) for use with Cisco IPICS.
