This guide is for experienced network administrators who want to deploy Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway for Crosswork Cloud in their network. This guide assumes that you are familiar with the following topics:

  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with the different operating systems used on devices that form your network, such as Cisco IOS-XR, IOS-XE, and NX-OS.

Overview of Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway

Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway enables collection of data from the monitored devices and forwards the collected data to applications hosted in the Crosswork Cloud. These applications can use the data for further analysis and if required, alert an administrator for further action.

Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway 1.1.1 supports Cisco Crosswork Cloud applications only.
