This document describes a problem encountered where you must re-install Cisco Unified Attendant Console (CUAC) Standard, which is a Microsoft Windows-based operator attendant console application for use with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). This is a new serverless installation. Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard interface performs all of the standard operator tasks, which includes making calls, putting calls on hold, and conferencing calls.

CUAC Standard Version 10.x
Microsoft Windows 7 (32 and 64 Bit)
The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
Sometimes, administrators have to re-install CUAC for various reasons such as a change in the MAC address of the server. In such instances, the activity might fail with this error message.
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
This issue is caused due to persistent registry keys created during the previous installation. In order to fix the problem, complete these steps:
Browse to this location:
Search for the registry key that has this installation package "Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard.msi".
Copy this registry key and replace it in the "Use Source" section with the old registry key, and click OK.
