This document describes a problem encountered where you must re-install Cisco Unified Attendant Console (CUAC) Standard, which is a Microsoft Windows-based operator attendant console application for use with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). This is a new serverless installation. Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard interface performs all of the standard operator tasks, which includes making calls, putting calls on hold, and conferencing calls.
Cisco recommends working knowledge of these products:
CUAC Standard Version 10.x
Microsoft Windows 7 (32 and 64 Bit)

Sometimes, administrators have to re-install CUAC for various reasons such as a change in the MAC address of the server. In such instances, the activity might fail with this error message.
