A. If you are running Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC) on a PC with a Core i7 processor, MOC may send a frame rate higher than 25fps to the AM gateway. This causes the AM gateway to drop frames and results in a much lower frame rate being sent to the other endpoint in the call.
To rectify this, go to Settings > System settings on the AM gateway. Set the Default bandwidth from AM GW field to 1.00 Mbit/s. This will stop MOC clients from sending too high a frame rate to the AM gateway. This solution will not affect active calls.
