Initial Public Release
Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) - 11.0(1)
When the UCCE system is upgraded from Release 10.0(1) to 11.0(1) or from Release 10.5(1) to 11.0(1), Region data gets corrupted. In other words, Region Ids present in the Region_Prefix table point to wrong Regions. Another issue is that when a customer has Custom Regions or Custom Region Prefixes, any attempt to upgrade UCCE 10.x to UCCE 11.0(1) fails.
Due to the addition of two new regions (CNMI and Barbuda) in UCCE Release 11.0(1), the data for these regions is mishandled and causes Region data corruption in the database.
There is a chance that Outbound Campaigns will start in the wrong timezone/timings.
Customers who want to upgrade Release 10.0(1) to 11.0(1) or Release 10.5(1) to 11.0(1) should use EDMT 11.0(1)a in order to avoid Region data corruption and migration of custom and standard Region data.
