CSCuv36151 | Users cannot share screen after KB3069392 update (https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuv36151) |
After the Microsoft update KB3069392 is applied to a user PC, the user can no longer share their screen during WebEx meetings.
No additional background information is available for this issue.
After the Microsoft update is applied to a user PC, and the user clicks the Share button during a WebEx meeting, the user notices that the share capability does not work.
It might also appear to the user that the share function works normally; however, the meeting participants who attempt to view the shared content observe only a blank gray screen instead of the shared content.
As a workaround for this issue, you must uninstall Microsoft update KB3069392.
For a permanent solution to this issue, you must download and install a CWMS version that contains a fix for this issue. Refer to this table in order to determine the appropriate CWMS version for your specific system (registered customers only):

Note: These fixes must be downloaded and applied to both the CWMS server and the user PCs for which the Microsoft update KB3069392 has already been installed (or will be installed).
