This document describes what to do if the status on the TelePresence Server shows "Connection failed".
This status means that the TelePresence Server is unable to connect to the Conference controller.

There are a number of reasons why you might see the Connection failed status, such as:
In order to instigate a recovery of the connection, click Retry Connections. If this does not work, check the network and the status of the TelePresence Server that is being controlled.
