This article relates to Cisco TelePresence Server 7010.
Q. What do the different disconnect reasons on the TANDBERG Telepresence Server mean?
A. When a call ends, the reason for the disconnection is shown in the Previous participants section of the Conference page. Reasons include:
Requested by administrator - The conference administrator has manually disconnected the participant.
No answer - The endpoint started ringing, then sent no further messages back to the Telepresence Server.
Call rejected - The endpoint chose to reject an incoming call instead of answering.
Busy - The endpoint is in another call or the user pressed the disconnect button.
Gatekeeper error - The gatekeeper or SIP registrarrefused to let the call complete; for example, because it could not route the called number, it blocked the call for security reasons or because the gatekeeper did not respond.
Left conference - The participant left the conference.
Unspecified error - This is a "catch all" reason used when no extra information can be provided. If this occurs consistently, take a H.323 / SIP log and send it to Customer Support.
