Q. What do I do if I have a warning 'There are no free licensed ports, please install port licence keys on the Telepresence Servers. Only audio calls can now be made.' on my Telepresence Server web interface?
A. This means that your Telepresence server does not have screen licenses installed to make video calls, please refer to article How do I install port and screen licenses and allocate them to MSE blades?.
