Q. How do I diagnose packet loss using the Telepresence Server?
A. Log into the Telepresence Server's web interface and go to Configuration. For Packet loss threshold enter a number that reflects your network, its reliability and the level of packet loss that you feel is acceptable (i.e. set the threshold to zero if you want to detect all packet loss).
