Q. When using the Telepresence Server, why can't I see some of the participants in the conference, even though their voices can be heard?
A. This can due to a few reasons:
No free screen licensing ports available. Go to Status and in the Activated Features section, check the licensed ports usage.
No video ports available on a single Telepresence Server configuration. Go to Status and in the Conference status section check the video ports usage.
No video ports available on a configured slave Telepresence Server. Go to Telepresence Servers and for each active slave, check its video ports usage.
