Q. How do I obtain all the diagnostic logs from the Telepresence Server system?
A. If the Telepresence Server has rebooted, go to Status and click the Download file links in the Diagnostic information section. If you experience problems but the Telepresence Server has not rebooted, use the event log for troubleshooting.
