Q. I am connected to a conference using ConferenceMe and am not getting any audio, why?
A. For ConferenceMe to send and receive audio the G.722.1 Annex C audio codec needs to be enabled on the MCU. To enable the G.722.1 Annex C audio codec, go to Settings > Conferences. For both Audio codecs from MCU and Audio codecs to MCU, select G.722.1 Annex C.
If this doesn't fix your problem, check your default Windows™ volume settings.
Go to Start menu > Control panel > Sounds and audio devices.
Select the Voice tab.
Check that the Default device listed in the Voice playback section is the device you intend to receive audio with.
Select the Volume button in the Voice recording section and slide the control to the desired level.
Go to Start menu > Control panel > Sound.
Select the Playback tab.
Check that the default device is the device you intend to receive audio with (this device will have a green tick shown next to it).
Double click on this device. Select the Levels tab and slide the control to the desired level.
