Q. My monitor connected to the TANDBERG Codec will never go into standby, why?
A. This answer is valid for the following products:
TANDBERG Codec C20
TANDBERG Codec C40
TANDBERG Codec C60
TANDBERG Codec C90
When a TANDBERG Codec C-Series goes to standby, all monitor outputs are disabled. Some consumer monitors will however not go into standby if they receive no video on the HDMI input. TANDBERG will look into implementing CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) in a later release. This will then allow the codec to signal standby to a monitor.
