Q. The TANDBERG E20 does not register to the registrar after changing my SIP settings. What should I do?
A. This problem can often be solved by rebooting the TANDBERG E20.
Open the Home menu and select Settings > System settings > Administrator settings > Restart. If this does not help, ensure that you are using the correct SIP settings or contact your system administrator.
