The job details for jobs and job groups in the Job Definition and Job Activity Console are blank for some jobs, but not for all.
This article assumes the use of the Tidal Client with version 5.3.1.

If the job details are blank, most likely one of these two things have occurred:
The owner of the job is a workgroup, and the owner of the workgroup is blank.
The owner of the workgroup had their permissions lessened. For example, the owner was a superuser and now the user is a Scheduler Administrator. If the permissions for the workgroup owner are lessened, the owner will be removed.
In either case, the owner of the workgroup needs to be added back to the original user/permission level.
