This document describes how to disable the authentication for the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) of a web service that is published in the Cisco Information Server (CIS).

Disable the Authentication
In CIS Studio, when you open the published web service, then in the WSDL Access property field of the Info tab, you can disable Basic Authentication for the WSDL.
For the new composite web service, the WSDL does not require authentication. The authentication is enforced dependent upon the security policy only when you invoke the web service, such as policy > security > system > Http-Basic-Authentication.xml.
