This document describes the use of the CIS odbc driver in debug trace mode.
In some cases you may not want the odbc debug output to be written to the root of the C:\ drive.
This can be directed from the DSN properties in the C:\ProgramData\composite62_x64.xml file.
You must not only specify the newpath, but also include the actual file that gets produced.
Normally it defaults to a filename in the C:\ path, but if we redirect the file, we must also explicitely provide the new filename too.
Here is an example, where the output to a path of D:\temp is redirected, and wrote out a new file named odbc_62_system_mynewfile.log
<driver name="Composite 6.2" version="220.127.116.11"/>
name="localhost" port="9401" sso="(Disabled)" spn="" uid="admin" password="3217F78A02BBAE0B" datasource="serv" catalog="" domain="composite" traceLevel="debug" traceFile="d:\temp\odbc_62_system_mynewfile.log" /> </connection>
