Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco Crosswork Cloud (Crosswork Network Insights, Traffic Analysis, Trust Insights). The last day to order the affected product(s) is September 17, 2026. The last day to renew or add to an existing subscription is September 17, 2026. Customers with active service contracts and subscriptions (as applicable) will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts and subscriptions (as applicable), support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract and subscription.

General End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Guidelines
● End-of-Sale Product Part Number: All Cisco Crosswork Cloud Network Insights, Cisco Crosswork Cloud Traffic Analysis, Cisco Crosswork Cloud Trust Insights, Cisco Crosswork External Route Analysis, associated support, subscription, enrollment, and Crosswork Data Gateway part numbers listed in Table 2 are affected by this announcement.
● Support: Customers with active contracts and subscriptions will continue to receive support according to the terms and conditions of their existing service agreements, as described in the end-of-life milestones above.
Options
Cisco Crosswork Cloud customers have options depending on the current use of the tool:
Option 1: Customers using Cisco Crosswork Cloud Network Insights (CNI), including Cisco Crosswork External Route Analysis capabilities, please contact Cisco Sales Representative to learn about Cisco Thousand Eyes BGP. Thousand Eyes BGP provides Internet routing visibility through a global, geographically distributed public BGP monitor network, IPv4 and IPv6 monitor coverage, private BGP monitors for customer-side inside-out visibility, real-time BGP observation, BGP Updates for live and historical change context, and alerting for path changes, route leaks, hijack patterns, RPKI-related conditions, and other supported network-layer events.
Option 2: Customers using Cisco Crosswork Cloud Traffic Analysis (CTA) please contact Cisco Sales Representative to learn about Cisco Thousand Eyes Traffic Insights. Thousand Eyes Traffic Insights provides network traffic visibility by collecting flow telemetry from network devices and correlating that data with Thousand Eyes synthetic test results. Traffic Insights supports flow-based analysis using telemetry such as NetFlow v9, IPFIX, SNMP, and Cisco NBAR, and enables customers to view traffic by application, conversation, device, and interface.
Option 3: Customers using Cisco Crosswork Cloud Trust Insights should plan for discontinuation of this functionality. Cisco does not currently offer a comparable Cisco-native replacement or like-for-like alternative for Trust Insights capabilities. Support for customers with active contracts will continue according to the terms and conditions of their existing service agreements, but there is no planned transition path to an equivalent Cisco solution.
