ISO 14001 - Quality Certifications

Cisco's ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) provides a continuous cycle of planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving the processes and actions that are performed to meet business and environmental goals. The EMS influences all aspects of Cisco operations, products, and services, including compliance with environmental requirements and regulations, while and driving ongoing improvements to Cisco's environmental performance. The EMS framework is used at each Cisco ISO 14001-certified site to identify, prioritize, and manage the pertinent environmental concern in that region..

ISO 14001 certification is an internationally accepted standard for environmental management systems. To date, Cisco has achieved ISO 14001 certification at 30 sites through independent, third-party auditors. Please refer to Cisco's current Corporate Social Responsibility Report, in particular, the Environment section for additional information about Cisco's EMS and scope of ISO 14001 certification.
