Fehlerbehebung bei SEG oder SWA Factory Reset mit aktiviertem Tag

Einleitung

In diesem Dokument wird beschrieben, wie die SEG- oder SWA-Hardwareeinheiten zurückgesetzt werden, wenn Sie die aktivierte Authentifizierungsmethode verwenden.

Voraussetzungen

Verwendete Komponenten

• Cisco Secure Email Gateway (SEG) AsyncOS 14.2.2 oder höher
• Cisco Secure Web Appliance (SWA) AsyncOS 14.5.1-008 oder höher

Die Informationen in diesem Dokument beziehen sich auf Geräte in einer speziell eingerichteten Testumgebung. Alle Geräte, die in diesem Dokument benutzt wurden, begannen mit einer gelöschten (Nichterfüllungs) Konfiguration. Wenn Ihr Netzwerk in Betrieb ist, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die möglichen Auswirkungen aller Befehle kennen.

Problem

Wenn ein Upgrade fehlschlägt oder Services beschädigt werden, ist über die WebUI oder das Netzwerk kein Zugriff auf die SEG/SWA möglich. Die einzige Option ist dann eine RMA. Mit dieser Funktion können Sie die Appliance auf die Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen und eine RMA vermeiden.

Lösung

1. Zugriff auf die SEG/SWA über die Konsole oder eine Ethernet-Terminal-Sitzung

2. Melden Sie sich mit diesen Anmeldeinformationen an:

• Benutzername:enableTag
• Kennwort: Administratorkennwort

3. Führen Sie den Befehl resetappliance aus.

4. Wählen Sie in der angezeigten Liste die Option für die erforderliche vorherige Version aus.

5. Bestätigen Sie das Zurücksetzen.

6. Warten Sie, bis die Appliance alle Einstellungen auf die Systemstandardwerte zurücksetzt, einschließlich des Entfernens der Netzwerk-IP-Einstellungen.

7. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass SEG/SWA wieder in einen sauberen, nicht konfigurierten Zustand versetzt wird und für die Einrichtung bereit ist.

This command will revert the appliance to a previous version of AsyncOS.

Warning: Reverting the appliance is extremely destructive.
The following data will be destroyed in the process and should be backed up:
 - current system configuration file
 - all log files
 - all reporting data (including saved scheduled and archived reports)
 - any custom end user notification pages
 - current network settings

Reverting the device will cause a reboot to take place.
After rebooting, the appliance reinitializes itself and reboots
again to the desired version, with default system configuration.

- all log files
- all databases (including messages in Virus Outbreak and Policy quarantines)
- all reporting data (including saved scheduled reports)
- all message tracking data
- all IronPort Spam Quarantine message and end-user safelist/blocklist data


Before running this command, be sure you have:
- saved the configuration file of this appliance (with passwords unmasked)
- exported the IronPort Spam Quarantine safelist/blocklist database
  to another machine (if applicable)
- waited for the mail queue to empty

Reverting the device causes an immediate reboot to take place.
After rebooting, the appliance reinitializes itself and reboots
again to the desired version.
