Unified CCE Administration Client VM configurations are deployed using the following OVA templates:

Unified CCE Live Data Server VM configurations are deployed using OVA template UCCELD_12.0_CVOS_vmv8_v1.0.ova.

Unified CCE Identity Service (IdS) Server VM configurations are deployed using OVA template IDS-STANDALONE_1.0.1_vmv8_v1.0.ova.

All other Unified CCE VM configurations are deployed using OVA template UCCE_12.0_Win2012_vmv9_v1.0.ova.

Cisco Enterprise Chat and Email (ECE) specifications apply only for ECE 400 agent on-box deployments. The disk storage comprises of 3 datastores with the following capacities each: 80 GB, 50 GB, and 300 GB.

This Virtual Machine Template does not automatically provision the required application database virtual disk drive. Refer to the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Installation and Upgrade Guide and the Configuration Guide for Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise, for instructions on database drive creation post-VM template deployment.
