This tool provides information on the interdependencies between Cisco UCS hardware and versions of Cisco UCS Manager.
- Version dependencies for server FRU items such as DIMMs depend on the specific server model.
- Chassis components such as fans and power supplies are compatible with all versions of Cisco UCS Manager.
How to use this tool:
- 👉 First, select a Cisco UCS Manager Infrastructure Release (A Bundle) from the dropdown below.
- 👉 Then choose your starting point using the radio buttons:
Fabric Interconnect, Server, VIC, or Adapter.
- 👉 Based on your selection, supported components will appear in a guided flow —
For example, choosing a Server shows compatible FIs, VICs, Adapters, and IOMs for the selected release.

Note: Cisco UCS Manager Infrastructure (A Bundle) releases support Cisco VICs and adapters that are running release 4.1(3) or later. Some VICs and adapters may list a lower minimum version, but Cisco UCS Manager only supports adapters at release 4.1(3) or later.
