| 6.2.1 | Configure IP address and SSID through IPSU |
Several methods can be used to initially
configure the bridge:
If the bridge does not receive an IP
address from a DHCP server, or the default IP address is to be
changed, use IPSU to assign an IP address. The SSID for the bridge can
be set at the same time, as shown in Figure
The computer used to assign an IP address to the bridge must have an IP address of its own. IPSU can only change the IP address and SSID on the bridge from their default settings. After the IP address and SSID have been changed, IPSU cannot change them again unless the Mode button is pressed and held. This will reset the configuration to the factory defaults.
