Designed to facilitate the sales process with partners, customers, and field sellers, Smart Talk - virtual Smart training presented by Cisco subject matter experts - has gained momentum since it was launched at the end of Q3FY13. In fact, more than 500 customers, partners, and Cisco team members have attended Smart Talk training to date; nearly half of these have been customers and partners who were introduced to the compelling value of Smart Services.

Now, Smart Talk is growing with the launch of Smart Talk Every Day. Thanks to feedback we received from those in the field and other session attendees, we're adding new sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning in September. These new sessions will be ideal for product sellers—both account managers and systems engineers - as well as for partner account managers. We're also adding sessions in French, Spanish, and Portuguese so that we can meet the needs of our customers and partners across the Americas.
