PEC and mPEC Scheduled Downtime for Upgrade and Maintenance

The PEC and mPEC will be down for an extended period of time, during which we will be performing a major upgrade. Please plan accordingly.

**NOTE: There are different times on when mPEC will be available vs. PEC below.

When is the scheduled downtime?

Begin (Both PEC and mPEC): Friday, August 2, 2013 at 5:00pm PDT
End mPEC: Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 at 9:00am PDT
End PEC: Tuesday, August 6th, 2013 at 5:00pm PDT

Why is this happening?

The PEC will be upgrading its current environment from Saba 5.4 to Saba 7.

How does this impact content deployments?

Last day for content to be deployed to the PEC prior to the migration will on Thursday, August 1st at 5:00pm PDT. You may continue to submit content and it will be added to a queue when we can proceed with deployments.

How is this being communicated?

The PEC is alerting our stakeholders via email, posting on the PEC and mPEC Announcements and News section and notifying our Partner Help team of this scheduled downtime.
