Creating
an order and registering a learner for an offering
is possible only after an offering has been created.

A
registrar is responsible for registering learners
to an offering through the functions available in
Registrar’s Desk in EMS. It is important to
understand a registrar’s role well to perform
efficiently as a registrar.

When
you log in to EMS as an administrator, the Offerings
page of the Catalog Administration role appears by
default. Select Registrar’s Desk from the drop-down
menu at the top of the page. As a registrar, you can
perform various functions including creating orders,
and searching for past orders. Bulk enrollment is centrally
managed in EMS. |
