But first you'll need to follow ciscousers. Here's how...Login to your Twitter account.
In the Twitter reply input box type: follow ciscousersThis is a one time step.
All new NetPro questions and any NetPro posts that NetPro users give a high rating to or as having solved their problem will automatically be submitted as a ciscousers status update. All users following ciscousers will then see the NetPro activity.Screencaps of the 2 types of NetPro status updates are shown below.
Types of NetPro Status Updates

Any new questions posted to NetPro will be submitted as a status update as shown.

There are 3 parts to this status update.
- The title of NetPro question.
- A shortened url. If you know something about the topic, clicking the shortened url will take you to the NetPro discussion where you can answer the question.
- A hashtag named #netproQ which identifies this status update as a NetPro question.
Clicking the #netproQ hashtag runs a Twitter search that shows all the NetPro questions posted as status updates to ciscousers.
Tip: Note that you can then subscribe to a feed of NetPro questions.
- NetPro Answers
Any NetPro posts rated highly or tagged as solving a problem will be submitted as a status update as shown.
