Overview

Cisco is currently rolling out a new application called eDelivery. eDelivery enables electronic fulfillment of software license entitlement documentation. With eDelivery, users will be able to manage and download their software license entitlement documentation including: Right To Use, End User License Agreement, and License Claim Form with associated Product Authorization Keys (PAKs). Once a customer has placed an order for an eDelivery product, they receive an email containing a link to the eDelivery application. Customers access the application using their Cisco.com user profile, user ID and password.

With the introduction of the eDelivery program, Cisco customers will now be able to choose their preferred method of software license document delivery - physical or electronic - for a select group of products. For a list of applicable products, please refer to the table below.

Electronic License Delivery (ELD) SKUs

Due to the number of available eDelivery SKUs, the SKUs will be available in Excel format. New additions can be identified by the Date Added column.

The following product families have eDelivery SKUs available for ordering. See the Excel document for a complete list of available SKUs.
