Fixes/additional support provided for the dial plans is detailed below.

GB Numbering plan needs to be updated as a part of HCS requirement. HCS requires GBNP to support PreDot and PreAt that remove the National Access digits from the following Number type -
a) National Number
b) Free phone and Premium Rate
c) National Rate Access
d) Local Rate Access
e) Personal Number
f) VOIP
g) BroadBand
h) Paging
i) Corporate Number.
