Cisco.com User Research focuses on all areas of the external Website. User research conducted on specific Cisco products is done by the Center for Design Excellence.
Types of user data available:
- Work with the user-research team to conduct your own research, such as in-person usability, on-line usability, surveys, expert reviews, and heuristic evaluations.
- Review Registered User comments and information on how satisfied users are with Cisco.com.
- View monthly statistic reports on Clickstream and Web usage of Cisco.com.
