Cisco DocWiki: Now Easier to Use
Cisco's only external wiki recently unveiled a new look and feel and improvements to the interface. The new design reflects a polished Cisco.com look and feel. You'll notice the blue banner on all pages as well as changes to the main page (updated icons, new Cisco Support Community advertisement, and easier navigation using dynamic lists that provide insight to popular pages and recently updated articles).
In addition, we've implemented a rating functionality. At the bottom of all articles, you now have the ability to cast your vote. You are allowed to vote only once per article. This information will be useful so we can better understand which articles are widely used and considered useful to our audience and which articles aren't used as much.

Your Support Website: Making it Personal in 2012
What if the Cisco Support Website remembered more about you and "personalized" your support resources to help you get things done faster?
Imagine this scenario: You log in and get a custom view with quick links to the product pages you frequent, the software you've downloaded, and all your support cases. Site personalization goes a step further, helping you download your software right from the main support page or check the status of your support cases without a click.
We're working to make this scenario real for you in 2012. We're also eager to hear your ideas for making the website more personally responsive to you. So please tell us what you think.
