Cisco Collaboration User Group Offers Beta Program, Pilot Program, and Launch Briefings

Learn about the new programs available to Cisco Collaboration User Group members. Membership in this Cisco-sponsored virtual user group is free. Connect with Cisco experts and over 2,100 of your peers to interact and expand your peer network. Access exclusive programs and tools, such as Beta programs, monthly NDA technical briefings, a Feature Request Tool, advisory Special Interest Groups, and more. Join to participate in the following programs:

• Cisco Mobile for Android Beta Now Open for Registration and Software Download
  Be one of the first to turn your Android phone into a wireless IP phone and collaborate directly with product developers, testers, program managers, and other Beta participants. The Beta will run until February 2010.
• Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 Beta Extended to December 2010
  The Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 Beta has been extended through December 16, 2010. The Cisco development team has extended the Beta period in order to incorporate functionality requested by Beta participants. This is just one example of the impact Cisco Collaboration User Group members have.
• Pilot: Technology Adoption Program - Tool for Creating Deployment Assets
  This free tool is designed to help you drive adoption and utilization of Cisco applications that have been deployed in your environment. This simple and intuitive tool enables you to create assets that can help with awareness, education, and training of your user community. The pilot for the first module, for Cisco TelePresence deployments, began this month. The second module, for Unified Communications deployments, is currently targeted for 1QCY11.
• Collaboration Launch Briefing Series
  This Collaboration User Group exclusive briefing series covers the new and enhanced collaboration products that launch November 2010 and Spring 2011. Post-launch briefings will be held bi-weekly beginning November 19th. Pre-launch NDA briefings were held weekly from October 1 through November 12. Replays are available to all user group members.
