Upcoming Technology Terminology Updates to Cisco TSRT

On October 19, a change will be made in the Cisco Conferencing Technology area of the TAC Service Request Tool (TSRT). In order to align with Cisco's product placement, Cisco Conferencing will be renamed to "Collaboration and Conferencing."
