Collaborate, Co-create, and Innovate on New Cisco Support Wiki

Cisco is launching a beta collaborative support Wiki that will scale to provide the important information you require to support your network. This new external Wiki for Cisco customers, partners, and employees enables interaction in real time and access to the most up-to-date support information submitted on Cisco products, services, and solutions.

In addition to threaded discussions, the Cisco Support Wiki enables dynamic information sharing and the co-creation of Web content that can be combined with Cisco documentation to form a more robust and diverse information repository.

Person-to-person input is integrated with existing Cisco documentation in a completely searchable knowledge base. The technical community, worldwide, has the opportunity to author significant content, edit, revise, or gain new information from peers.

The Cisco Support Wiki uses Web 2.0 technologies so you can:

  • Discuss Cisco products, services, solutions and day-to-day operational issues in real time in a completely collaborative environment
  • Easily search a robust collection of award-winning Cisco technical support documentation, tools, and resources combined with dynamically generated articles contributed by users
  • Comment on postings and even co-create content to help develop the next generation of Cisco documentation
  • Participate in a unique Cisco community where you can add your own proven methodologies to contributions from others to create innovative new best practices
  • Collaborate with Cisco and other users to get technical assistance, often eliminating the need to submit a service request

Leveraging contributions from users, partners, and Cisco technical experts, the Cisco Support Wiki will easily scale, provide timely information, and can expand to additional areas as collaboration multiplies.
