Arne B. Ostensen is the team lead of the Cisco TelePresence Solution Group in Cisco's Technical Assistance Center in Lysker, Norway. Before joining Cisco, he worked at Tandberg as a product specialist for TelePresence infrastructures. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH), Oslo. He has over four years of experience working and supporting TelePresence products.
