Your Support Website: Wanted – Your Wisdom
We could use more of something you've already given us: Advice. Here's why.
This year we started reinventing your Cisco Support Website from the inside out – relying heavily on advice that you gave us through online feedback, advisory groups, and myriad prototype and beta reviews.
That's a big part of how we redesigned the main support page, and how we're redesigning the Bug Search Tool [in beta]. We're also using your guidance to simplify the Software Download area, and to streamline tools for opening and managing your support cases.
How important is your input? We've made it a central force in our enhancements, and it's making industry experts take notice. siteIQ web analysts recently evaluated the support websites of 23 leading tech companies. Their verdict?
"Cisco.com's support site took first place usability honors – a testament to all the hard work we've seen on the site this year."
To keep us on track, we're looking for more of your wisdom. How are we doing with the refreshed support page? With the Bug Search Tool? What else would help you resolve technical issues faster? Would you like sneak peeks at concepts that are still "in the works"?
Getting singled out for "best-in-class innovations" among industry peers is good. Joining forces with you to engineer change that works is even better.
So please keep counseling us — we're waiting for you to tell us what you think.
Are You Losing Power at Work?
Is your business a "bad power user"—consuming more energy than it needs, gobbling up cash, and tarring its brand by contributing excess greenhouse gas (GhG)?
Find out how this technical supervisor saves his company up to $12,000 annually, and saves on tech support too. Brought to you by the Cisco Innovators Program.
