Cisco Service Order Submit Tool - UPDATE:
Updates Coming in June

On June 10, 2006, users of the Service Order (SVO) Submit Tool will notice updates designed to improve the SVO Submit process.

These updates include:

  • Multiple search options when creating a service order. These options include the ability to search by Customer, Service Contract Number or Customer Provided Serial Number.

  • A repositioned Mailstop field, directly below the Ship To Address. By using the Mailstop field to enter floor, office, or suite numbers underneath the Ship To Address, the need to create a separate Drop Ship Address is reduced.

These updates are intended to help enhance your experience while working with the SVO Submit Tool.
