Cisco Service Order Submit Tool - UPDATE:
Updates Coming in June
On June 10, 2006, users of the Service Order (SVO) Submit Tool will notice updates designed to improve the SVO Submit process.
These updates include:
- Multiple search options when creating a service order. These options include the ability to search by Customer, Service Contract Number or Customer Provided Serial Number.
- A repositioned Mailstop field, directly below the Ship To Address. By using the Mailstop field to enter floor, office, or suite numbers underneath the Ship To Address, the need to create a separate Drop Ship Address is reduced.
These updates are intended to help enhance your experience while working with the SVO Submit Tool.

The CCIE Program is pleased to announce the availability of the CCIE Security lab exam in Dubai, UAE. In an effort to serve the growing number of worldwide candidates pursuing CCIE Security certification, the locations offering the CCIE Security lab now include Sydney, Australia; Research Triangle Park, North Carolina; San Jose, California; Brussels, Belgium; Beijing, China; and Dubai, UAE.
Online scheduling is now available for lab examinations scheduled for July 23, 2006 and beyond.
