Cisco IOS® Release Requires 802.1X Reconfiguration
If you have 802.1X port-based authentication configured on a Cisco Catalyst 2950, 2955, 2970, 3550, or 3750 switch, and you upgrade to Cisco IOS Release 12.1(14)EA1 or later, you will need to modify the configuration file to include new 802.1X commands.
