These free sessions last only about one hour, and show you how to find online technical support resources such as sample configurations, field notices, software documentation, and online diagnostic tools.
You can view on-demand seminars at your convenience, or you can register to attend a live Web session to chat with a Cisco expert during the training. Also, you can avoid international telephone charges during live sessions with the audio-via-Web option.

CCIE Voice Certification - NEW:
New Exam Lets You Demonstrate Expertise with Voice over IP
If you deploy or support voice-over-IP networks, or if you want to in the future, start studying today for the new CCIE Voice exam. This new certification is an excellent way to demonstrate your technical expertise and to prepare yourself to meet the growing demand for voice communications over IP.
As with any other CCIE track, you'll need to pass both written and lab exams to earn your CCIE Voice certification. You can sign up now to take the Beta version of the written exam between March 17 and April 7 for only US$50 (a US$250 savings). After you get a passing grade on the written test, you can sign up for the lab exam. Lab exams should be available in late summer 2003.
