Online case management begins with the Cisco TAC Case Query tool, where you can get the latest information on your recent TAC cases. You can check the status of your TAC cases, and you can easily update your open cases by adding notes or uploading files.

When you update a case using the TAC Case Query tool, your TAC engineer will receive an alert. This way, the engineer can use the information immediately to help bring the case to resolution.
